TRAFF SELL STORE RULES

1 General Provisions
1.1 These Rules regulate the terms of sale of accounts and other services that are on this site
1.2 By making a purchase, the Buyer confirms that he has read these Rules and agrees with all their provisions.
1.3 Upon completion of the transaction, all rights, obligations and risks associated with the use of purchased products are transferred to the Buyer

2. Conditions of replacement
2.1 The product can only be replaced (or returned) in cases where:
    - If significant technical faults, blockages or other defects are identified at the time of purchase that render the product unusable as described;
    - If the product description on the website or in the accompanying materials does not substantially correspond to the actual condition of the product
2.2 To request a replacement, the Buyer must contact the store's support service within 5 hours of receipt of the product, providing a detailed description of the problem and, if necessary, relevant evidence. After 5 hours from the moment of purchase the product is not exchangeable!
2.3 The Shop reserves the right to refuse replacement if the defect is due to a violation of the rules of use or manipulation on the part of the Buyer.

3. White Page sale
3.1 The White Page offered for sale is made according to the client's TOR. After the file transfer, the buyer has 2 hours to inform that the product is not suitable and give an explanation why
3.2 The buyer is obliged to carefully read the description of the White Page category before making a purchase.
3.3 In case of significant discrepancies between the White Page description and the actual condition of the product, the Buyer has the right to apply for a replacement in accordance with section 2. 4.

4. Liability after purchase
4.1 After the completion of the transaction, all liability for the use of accounts and other things shall be the responsibility of the Buyer.
4.2 The Buyer is solely responsible for:
    - Compliance with the terms of use of the services for which the product was sold
    - Ensuring security of logins, passwords and other confidential data;
    - Eliminating possible consequences of incorrect or improper use of the products.

4.3 The Shop is not responsible for any financial, legal or other consequences resulting from the use of purchased products.

5. Final provisions
5.1 The Shop reserves the right to make changes to these Rules without prior notice
5.2 Continued use of the products after the changes have been made means full acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
